disturbed voice

today i stay at home missing my favorite gig that was ment to be tonight: disturbed. due to problems with his vocal cords (david draiman) and the other guys had to cancel all the remaining european dates. longingly i am awaiting a sign of hope .. pls give a new date!?! - check out the livestream from fritz - right now i am listing to the chaosradio :)

boty - been out there yesterday

not back to everydays life i'm on the road again. spontaneously i joined claudia to go to the battle of the year (boty) in braunschweig. these breakdancers are cool like hell and breathtaking anyway! - last tuesday i started my homecoming with the die happy concert to rough up the crowd - it was us *rotfl* - big thx to hacki organizing the tickets.

cold cold germany

i guess you know where i am now. safely i landed this (german) morning not knowing whether i'm happy about this or not.. - i already miss you new friends.

the flight was ok - i had 2 seats - before the whole row but a guy moved onto the 3rd place. could get much sleep anyway - so i watched 'garfield' :) with me there was eva from austria - we met in the airportbus in bangkok.- my last day in thailand was quiet short - i played guitar with a young boy in a pub, was shopping and had another delicious sandwich, hehe!

the most important for me + you: my mobile harddisk is alright!!! so tones of pictures to see!!!!

thaiboxing - muay thai

yesterday evening i went to the ratchdamnoen stadium seeing thaiboxing - they charge you 1.000 baht as a foreigner - but interesting anyway: fists, knies, legs %)
besides: check out the huge sandwiches and the mango shake in 'new siam 2' hotel!! i love it!

bumpy sing-a-song road to cambodia

i wasn't late!!! i managed to get up that morning and placed my lazy body next to the travelshop where the bus should pick me up... it didn't! so around 8:30 (after 2 hours waiting) the shops owner arrived to get crazy. later some guy put me onto a public bus going to the border - ok?! there some young boys took me to their bus leaving for a 5-minute-visa (and the expected 1200 baht). after entering cambodia we got on a fuckup bus that drove us straight along that bumpy road - you-cannot-imagine! the whole trip up to 02:00 o'clock the australian and irish guys gave us the longest medley ever - like 50 songs in 10 hours.
next day i didn't to that much but met 'khom' next door intruducing him into playing 'footbag'. - the 2nd day we discovered 'angkor wat' and the other temples - amazing! - on a bicycle - relly bad. that became a 50km / 9 hours trip - they took me to grave after i had dinner with 'khom' - great local food.
then yesterday i hang out in the city visiting the primary school to join a 8th class in their english lesson. later that girl met me up - makara - and took me to the buddism temple praying with her and for dinner - grand!
today i had to leave (back to bangkok) - a friend of her and she took me to the airport on a motorbike - imagine: 3 persons and my backpacks! funny like hell anyway. thank you for some great days in siam reap spending 350.000 riel ;)
if anybody is around in bangkok - i'll stay in the k.s. guesthouse (406) north of khoasan road - ask for me, last chance..

bustour to siam reap

so i booked it! i'll take a bus to siam reap (cambodia) tomorrow morning to visit the amazing temples of 'angkor wat'. google for it! that will take me the whole day onto some very rough roads. to come back i decided on a flight dropping me in bkk on the 12th - one day before i have to leave asia. - so, let's see how this is becoming... - yesterday i was far to late to organize everything (could you guess the serial thing: late again..) - i just hang around next to khoasan rd sketching some people passing by. - today i met sarah from the penhentian islands (the dive instructor). small asia!

back to bangkok

bang! straight back to bangkok - i went away from krabi going for a national park (ka sok) but couldn't catch the bus. - i'm always late i guess. this time it wasn't me. thought i was raining like hell that morning, but it was the jungle-sound on the sheet steel roof of my bungalow. - so in krabi i decided to go to 'surat thani' and there i went onto the nighttrain to bangkok. isn't that straight forward as i am doing hard with my decisions? - i'm borred a little bit so i don't want to take days to go to 'ko pang nang' or .. and leave again. - siam reap is still an option.

krabi

at the westcoast of thailand you can find krabi. that's where i am now. i stay at rai leh east beach in a cheap house with moskitonet for 100 baht. the westcoast is perfect - you can't imagine! yesterday i went out kajaking with a girl - started raining - we've been wet allover. i didn't go to ko phi phi. - actually i don't know where to go now. maybe i try to go to cambodia 'siam reap' - to see the temples over there.
