bmx winter lodge

cold wind and ice underground makes the bmx guys here hamburg move to their winter accomodation. within the entrace of the Allianz-building i manage to meet them after month unseen. check out the pictures from yesterday on my website (gallery \ Plattenbilder).

best xmas-tree

hohoho! girls and boys..
as i went home quiet late last thursday i saw this wonderful xmas-tree up the road. it was really impressing how detailed they set up all the lights.
that encouraged me to return to take a picture! - but as i came back 3 days later the tree was unlighted. willingly to get a snapshot i talked to the office - she advised me to come back the day after. - yesterday immediately after work i was back, and the caretaker switched it on!! specially for me and you - so here you are!

hamburger fishmarket at 7 o'clock

this is an old one. some month ago we visited the famous fishmarket of hamburg. the problem is - you have to be there so early - it's inhuman. our mistake: we went sleeping before for 60 minutes! wonderful these guys in front of 'Aale-Dieter'.



bad enough to run around between shouting people and smelly fish; the only thing the strong men bought, was a beer at nine in the morning!
